Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands, a Hawaii non-profit corporation, has been called and will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands Pavilion.

Registration begins at 9:00 AM. Call to order is at 10:00 AM.

Purpose of the Meeting

• To receive reports of officers
• To elect directors as prescribed in the By-Laws
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting

Your Proxy Is Due Thursday, October 1

Whether or not you plan to attend, we ask that you complete, sign, and return your proxy by 4:30 PM HST on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Doing so helps us establish quorum so the meeting may proceed as scheduled. If quorum is not met, the meeting must be rescheduled and the cost of a second mailing is borne by the Corporation.

If your lot is held by an LLC or other entity, please include a Corporate Resolution naming your authorized representative along with your proxy. We are unable to seat a representative or accept their vote without it.
